Challenge: Create a bottle surface that captures the subtle movement and fluidity of water while remaining suitable for commercial production. The design needed to incorporate a textured surface effect without introducing part-line scuffing issues and seamlessly transition into three label panels.

Project Scope: Using advanced surface modelling techniques, we developed and refined the bottle texture to replicate the appearance of gentle water movement. Particular attention was given to manufacturing constraints, ensuring the surface detail integrated cleanly with the label areas and could be produced efficiently.

Project Outcome: The final design successfully translated the visual essence of flowing water into a manufacturable bottle form. The textured surface enhanced shelf appeal while meeting production, decoration, and filling line requirements, resulting in a distinctive yet practical packaging solution.
