Challenge: Return the manufacture of the 42 Below bottle to the Antipodes while faithfully recreating its intricate surface treatments and Kiwi detail.

Project Scope: Reverse-engineer the original bottle design, adapt it for two sizes — 700 mL and a new shorter 1.0 L — and ensure the integration of local design elements, while optimising for tooling and efficient local production.

Project Outcome: Successfully reproduced the intricate surface treatments and blended Kiwi detailing into both bottle formats, achieving a seamless transition to local manufacture with improved production efficiency.
