Have a packaging concept that needs to be developed for production?

We provide end-to-end 3D modelling and visualisation services for brand owners, creative agencies, and manufacturers who require specialist packaging development expertise.

We model simple and complex packaging concepts and deliver advanced surface development, including embossing, debossing, and challenging decorative finishes. We work closely with stakeholders throughout the process, refine and validate designs, and deliver production-ready 3D data for tooling and manufacturing.

Whether you're developing a new packaging concept or preparing an existing design for production, we can help bring your vision to life.

Our Development Process:

1. Concept Analysis

Every project begins with an idea, whether it's a sketch, a brief, or a fully developed design concept. We work with clients to understand the objectives, constraints, and opportunities before establishing a clear direction for development.

2. CAD Development

Using 3D CAD software, we transform concepts into accurate digital models. This stage focuses on form, proportion, volume, functionality, and preparing the foundation for technical development.

3. Technical Review

Designs are refined to ensure they are suitable for manufacturing and production. This includes surface development, embossing integration, decoration considerations, and addressing technical requirements specific to the chosen material and production process.

4. 3D Visualisation

High-quality visualisations help communicate design intent and support stakeholder review. These realistic renders allow designs to be assessed and refined before committing to tooling and production.

5. CAD Delivery

Once approved, we deliver production-ready CAD data suitable for tooling and manufacture. Our files are developed to meet manufacturer requirements, helping streamline the transition from design to production.

6. Tooling & Production

We work alongside manufacturers and suppliers to support the successful implementation of the design. By maintaining design intent throughout tooling and production, we help ensure the final product meets both aesthetic and technical expectations.
