How does it work?

1. Concept 3D Modelling

We take your concept and model complex embossings, surface treatments and organic textures to replicate the original idea.

2. Visualisation and 3D Assessment

We visualise and provide 3D data to produce 3D prints for label/artwork application and final assessment prior to production.

3. 3D Data Delivery

Once approved we provide the correct volumetric 3D data to manufacturers for tooling and final production.

Gordon’s

Design Agency: Unknown

Manufacturer: VISY Glass

Project Scope: Helping with the global rollout of the Gordon’s Gin packaging refresh, we were tasked to replicate the bottle’s floral decoration for the Australasian market. Using only 2D artwork as a reference, each organic element has been constructed and applied as 3D debossing to the new lightweight bottle design.

V Energy

Design Agency: RedCactus

Manufacturer: Orora Group

Project Scope: Our 3D visualisation expertise was commissioned to help with the global packaging refresh for V Energy. Our process allowed for quick colour and artwork changes to the can and bottle range that can be viewed at any angle in any lighting environment.

Design Agency: Design Co-operative

Manufacturer: VISY Glass

Project Scope: Our challenge was to replicate the subtle form of gentle water movement on the bottle surface. This textured detail had to avoid part-line scuffing and transition into 3 label panels for ease of manufacture and filling.

Design Agency: Aruliden

Manufacturer: VISY Glass

Project Scope: Our task was to help realise the mountain range decoration on the new bottle design/s. Each individual embossed element has been carefully recreated in keeping with the original design concept to be fully adjustable for machining and controlled manufacture.

h2go

Design Agency: Frucor In-house

Manufacturer: VISY Plastic

Project Scope: Once a design direction had been chosen, our responsibility was to translate the profile to all the other sizes within the range and provide accurate volumetric models for tooling and production.
